After steel was erected on this 70-unit, luxury apartment building in a historic neighborhood, the GC realized that, due to supply chain issues, the roofing work was going to drastically delay the project timeline. In a quick pivot to change subcontractors, we were able to source the exact roofing package to meet the architectural specs without a single day of timeline delay. This 20-year TPO system was installed to meet manufacturers’ specs without any delays to the large project timeline.
