This manufacturing company sits on a multi-building campus, and there just so happened to be an abandoned building sitting between a them all. They finally decided to purchase this building and turn it into their tool shop and R&D labs. Given the condition, before anything could happen inside addressing the roof was a major priority. The client was fearful a full metal replacement was in-store, but Seamless Roofing was able to retrofit the metal with a PVC membrane and a 20 year warranty to allow the internal renovations to begin!
