This manufacturing company sits on a multi-building campus, and there just so happened to be an abandoned building sitting between them all. They finally decided to purchase this building and turn it into their tool shop and R&D labs. Given the condition, before anything could happen inside, addressing the roof was a major priority. The client was fearful a full metal replacement was in store, but Seamless Roofing was able to retrofit the metal with a PVC membrane and a 20-year warranty to allow the internal renovations to begin!
