Cold storage facility was experiencing issues with their current roof as the EPDM was nearing its end of life. The lap seams were failing, sealant was worn out, and the flashings around abandoned penthouses were creating many issues. We removed all the ballast rock, replaced all wet insulation, and installed a new TPO.
