    One of the more unique projects Seamless has ever completed came across in Summer of 2023, with a multi-scope, multi-building project. After a large hail storm destroyed the previous systems, these two adjacent buildings needed a new roof. In accordance with FM Global standards, we were able to execute a simultaneous restoration and recover providing a 20 year warranty on both buildings, held by the manufacturer.

A full replacement became prohibitive knowing shutting down these lines would be costly and challenging.     Friendship House is a 5-story, 150 unit affordable senior multifamily community. Seamless Roofing was engaged by the general contractor to provide a roofing system with a 30 year warranty to satisfy low-income housing tax credit compliance requirements as well as the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA). In this, Seamless worked alongside on-site property management and manufacturer to ensure senior residents had a minimal amount of disruption while providing a fully warranted system backed by the manufacturer. The height and full occupancy of the building during re-roof provided opportunities for our team to shine.
